I love my memories with my Dad, he has been gone for 21 years. Now I make beautiful memories with my husband and kids and grandkids when we can all get together. It seems harder to get together with being in different places. That just means we have to cherish the times we do get together and make them special and really count.
One last thing remember to tell the people you love that you love them all the time, every day not just on special occasions. Do special things for them on regular days not just on special occasions. To me that means more and comes from your heart, you are not telling them they are special because the world is telling you this day is dedicated to fathers. You can do the special days but make sure you are doing it every day just because they are special and deserve to know it all the time. Life is too short so let them know they are special every day.
