SERVICE NOTICE: Client Booking Confirmation

Prepare For Your Next Service

Dear Client,

We are excited to reconnect and serve you and our amazing clients. We have spent many hours reviewing the safety of our stylists and clients. The nature of what we do as stylists does not allow social distancing.

In order to create the safest environment, we are relaunching with a set of strict rules. We understand that some people may not think some of our practices are necessary, but being over prepared is better than not.

Please understand we are still learning to navigate through these uncharted times. We are being flexible to be able to make changes as we go. No decision has been taken lightly and every detail has been implemented with a lot of thought behind it.

We will be opening with limited client capacity and will be far from being fully operational. We are respecting limitations with the number of people allowed in the salon at one time and services we are able to perform.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your patience, understanding, support and love...without you, Sharper Image Hair Design would not exist, nor survive this pandemic!

Before You Arrive

  • We ask that you only bring necessary items for your appointment if possible (keys, phone, reading material and a form of payment).
  • Please arrive in the salon at your appointment time.
  • Upon arrival in the salon you will sanitize your hands.
  • All clients including children will be given a mask which you will wear for the full duration of your time in the salon. This is MANDATORY for staff and clients.
  • No extra guests permitted to wait in the salon (there is no waiting area). Only clients with an appointment are permitted in the salon.
  • Our client waiting area is temporarily closed. This means we have no beverage service or magazines available.
  • No outside food or drink permitted in the salon. Our coffee/tea service is temporarily closed so that we can focus on critical service. We can provide water to you.
  • If you book a color service, please wash your hair within 24 hours before your service.

We will be doing a screening process and reserve the right to refuse service if you do not pass this process (scroll below) and we will re-book your service for a future date without penalty to you. Our Stylists will select any retail products that you want to purchase as our retail shelves are temporarily restricted to Sharper Image staff. 

We will be continuing our free home delivery service.
